Requirements and skills

5+ years of professional software development experience
Extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise grade software using C# and .NET Framework
Practical experience in development of MS Office based applications, Visual Studio Tools for Office (VSTO) and OpenXML
Design, code and test systems solutions based on requirement specifications
Experience in building the development and deployment infrastructures and automating build, test and deployment processes
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and ability to lead the junior developers in the team
Experience using JIRA, Confluence and Git
Proven working experience with Agile development practices like Scrum/Kanban
Great interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Experience collaborating with geographically distributed team members is a plus
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience
